As part of the Library’s ongoing renovations, the various wiring conduits in the three Media and Discussion Rooms on LG1 need to be relocated. Unfortunately, this involves some very noisy work, as the contractor cuts the concrete walls for the new conduits. This work is now scheduled for this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 8-9 November)….
The 4 Media/Study Rooms on LG1 have recently been upgraded, with much larger televisions and with a networked PC for each room. As of this week, all of the Library’s group study rooms have a white board! Marking pens for the white boards can be borrowed from the IC Help Desk at the ground floor Information Commons – and from the Circulation Counter when the IC Help Desk is closed.
