As part of the space planning for 334, the Library has been working
towards building a student-oriented Learning Commons where it will
bring together services and facilities to support learning and teaching

will be provided in a way that builds on the strength of various
academic support units, including Center for Enhanced Learning and
Teaching (CELT), Information Technology Services Center (ITSC), Language
Centre, Library, Publishing Technology Center (PTC) and Student Affairs
Office (SAO). While the Library is actively working with FMO and the
design firm on the layout plans and furniture options, we would very
much like to hear your views and expectations about this new learning hub.
