Dear Library Users,
To keep your library loan history more up-to-date, starting on October 15, 2021, the Library will:
Only keep completed borrowing records for up to 1 year. If you want to save the records of your older loans, you can export them after signing in to MyAccount. Learn more here: https://libguides.ust.hk/powersearch/sign-in. Please note, some loans from outside HKUST (for example, HKALL) cannot be exported.
Only keep interlibrary (ILL) requests for the most recent ~12 months. The Library will delete all completed ILL requests from before July 1, 2021 and requests older than 12 months will be cleared semi-annually in January and July. If you want to keep your complete ILL request history, you can copy “All Request” in your ILLiad account and paste it into an excel/csv file.
