The Library recently signed a new “Read and Publish” agreement with Cambridge University Press (CUP). This agreement (active until Dec 31, 2023) waives Article Processing Charges (APCs) for all eligible HKUST authors who publish open access in 372 Cambridge journals. It will:

• Save HKUST researchers’ money
• Help HKUST researchers increase readership via Cambridge Open and Hybrid journals
• Increase the impact of HKUST authored articles
