BBID-Biological Biochemical Image Database

A database of images of putative biological pathways, macromolecular structures, gene families, and cellular relationships. It is intended for researchers working with large sets of genes or proteins using cDNA arrays, functional genomics, or proteomics, and may be searched by gene name, pathway, cell or tissue type, disease name, biological level, etc.

Biodiversity Heritage Library

A project formed by 10 major natural history museum libraries, botanical libraries, and research institutions in USA and UK to digitize the published literature of biodiversity held in their respective collections. International HapMap Project = 國際人類基因組單體型圖計劃

A partnership project of scientists and funding agencies from Canada, China, Japan, Nigeria, the U.K. and the U.S. to develop a public resource that will help researchers find genes associated with human disease and response to pharmaceuticals. HKUST is a particpant. Registration is needed to access the genotype data.

Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes

A biochemical pathway database and gene catalog. Users can search for information on specific interactions in selected species, or browse to find metabolic pathways or gene sequences of interest. National Human Genome Research Institute
