BBID-Biological Biochemical Image Database
A database of images of putative biological pathways, macromolecular structures, gene families, and cellular relationships. It is intended for researchers working with large sets of genes or proteins using cDNA arrays, functional genomics, or proteomics, and may be searched by gene name, pathway, cell or tissue type, disease name, biological level, etc.

Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) Data Portal
An international government-initiated and funded initiative focused on
making biodiversity data available to the public. The Data Portal
facilitate access to over 312 million data records. Users can search and

International HapMap Project = 國際人類基因組單體型圖計劃
A partnership project of scientists and funding agencies from Canada, China, Japan, Nigeria, the U.K. and the U.S. to develop a public resource that will help researchers find genes associated with human disease and response to pharmaceuticals. HKUST is a particpant. Registration is needed to access the genotype data.
