You may borrow recent issues (within the last year) over night. This means you may check them out during the last opening hour of the Library and must return them within the first hour of opening the next day,.

The Library cannot disclose this information because of its privacy policy.
Once you request a book online through HKALL, the system immediately counts that into your HKALL loan limit; similarly, after you return the book at HKUST, the quota is not released until the lending library records the receipt.
Login My Account to renew library books.
How to reserve a book that is borrowed by another user?
You can place a "hold" at the Library Catalog. Find out more about the service.
