Sponsorship Packages

In celebrating the 25^th Anniversary of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), the HKUST Library and the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library will co-organize a conference on 2^nd and 3^rd June 2016, entitled “Academic Librarian 4 – Sustainable Academic Libraries: Now and Beyond” (AL4).

The AL4 Conference offers a rare and high profile opportunity to exhibit at a major international library conference with an Asian focus.

The conference venue includes a high quality exhibition gallery with easy access to the auditorium and public areas, and full support for your product exhibition. The conference is expected to attract over 250 decision makers and delegates from across the globe.

A number of options are available for you to be involved in this exciting event, which will help your company promote its products and build a strong network of relationships with library and information professionals globally.

Exhibition Package
To ensure you have access to delegates throughout the Conference, exhibition booths are available for rental.

(1) Standard Booth Package – HK$18,000 (Total of 15)
The standard exhibitor booth package includes: Exhibition space in the conference area (1 table, 2 chairs and wi-fi connection) Acknowledgement in the Sponsorship Section on the conference website A promotional flyer or one piece of premium provided by your company for inclusion in the delegates’ bag One complimentary Conference registration (entitling access to daily catering but not conference dinner) *Multiple Booths,* *Customized Booths and Additional Display Furniture*** To help your products stand out at the Exhibition, you are welcome to purchase multiple booths, or to custom design your booth in consultation with the AL4 Conference Committee. (3) Daily Catering (Lunch, Morning & Afternoon Tea) Two opportunities – HK$40,000 Per Day
Exclusive daily sponsorship of Conference lunch and tea breaks Acknowledgment as the catering sponsor on the conference website Sponsorship announcement prior to each catering break (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) Signage provided by your company to be displayed during each catering break (signage subject to approval by the Conference Committee) One half page colour advertisement in the e-version of the conference proceedings (digital artwork to be supplied by the sponsor) One complimentary Conference registration (including daily catering and conference dinner) Choice of Thursday 2^nd June and Friday 3^rd June on a first come, first served basis

(3) Daily Catering (Lunch, Morning & Afternoon Tea) Two opportunities – HK$40,000 Per Day

Sponsorship announcement prior to each catering break (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)

One complimentary Conference registration (including daily catering and conference dinner)
Choice of Thursday 2^nd June and Friday 3^rd June on a first come, first served basis

(5) Delegate Lanyards and Badges – Exclusive opportunity – HK$30,000
Exclusive promotional opportunity on delegate lanyards and badges Your company logo to be overprinted on the lanyards and badges Acknowledgement as the delegate lanyards and badges sponsor on the conference website One complimentary Conference registration (including daily catering and conference dinner) The sponsor will provide 320 lanyards and badges according to requirement specified by the Conference Secretariat, at their own cost, 6 to 8 weeks before the conference date

(5) Delegate Lanyards and Badges – Exclusive opportunity – HK$30,000

Exclusive promotional opportunity on delegate lanyards and badges
Your company logo to be overprinted on the lanyards and badges
Acknowledgement as the delegate lanyards and badges sponsor on the conference website
One complimentary Conference registration (including daily catering and conference dinner)
The sponsor will provide 320 lanyards and badges according to requirement specified by the Conference Secretariat, at their own cost, 6 to 8 weeks before the conference date

(6) Welcome Dinner – Exclusive opportunity – HK$25,000

(6) Welcome Dinner – Exclusive opportunity – HK$25,000

Conference Advertising
Advertising is available in the e-version of the AL4 Conference Proceedings to be distributed to all delegates on registration. In addition, promotional items such as brochures, catalogues, fact sheets and stationery can be included in the conference satchel, also to be distributed to all delegates.

(7) Conference Advertising – Platinum Tier – Exclusive opportunity (HK$30,000)
Your company Logo presence on the USB Flash Drive containing the e-version of the Conference proceedings Acknowledgement in the Sponsorship Section on the conference website One complimentary Conference registration (including daily catering and conference dinner) Cost of production of the flash drive is included in the sponsorship amount

(8) Conference Advertising – Gold Tier (HK$10,000)
One full page colour advertisement in the e-version of the conference proceedings (digital artwork to be supplied by the sponsor) Acknowledgement in the Sponsorship Section on the conference website One complimentary day registration for 1 day only (entitling access to daily catering but not conference dinner)

(9) Conference Advertising – Silver Tier (HK$5,000)
One half page colour advertisement in the e-version of the conference proceedings (digital artwork to be supplied by the sponsor) Acknowledgement in the Sponsorship Section on the conference website

(10) Satchel Insert (HK$5,000 per item)
A promotional flyer or one piece of premium provided by your company for inclusion in the delegates’ bag Acknowledgement in the Sponsorship Section on the conference website
